Viewing items prior to bidding is highly recommended. If you have any questions about the lot (ex. If certain items are included in the lot, if shipping is available for the lot, etc.), you must call the custodian prior to bidding on this lot. Agency will not assist buyer with any of the following: packing, crating, banding, shipping (site will not coordinate with any shipping companies), loading and/or removal of any items purchased. You must ensure your vehicle is large enough to transport the item/items purchased. You must ensure you have the proper help, if needed, to remove property. Agency employees are not permitted to help, as stated above.
If you are sending someone on your behalf, you must provide a release of authority with the name of the company or person picking up, and the lot number/s. Release of authority must be signed by the buyer and sent to the custodian prior to scheduled pickup. The company or person picking up must also bring a photo id and any necessary paperwork.
Parts may be missing and repairs may be required. If deficiencies are not listed, it does not mean none exist. The condition of the property is not warranted. The pictures provided are not warranted.
Inspection and pickup are by confirmed appointment only; Monday – Friday during the hours of 7:30am-2:30pm. Agency is closed for all federal holidays. You must contact custodian 24-hours in advance of picking up the property.
