2017 Bobcat E35 mini excavator has suffered significant flood damage from two major flooding events in the last three years. The entire engine bay as well as all electronics were submerged from flooding for several days. The only part of the excavator that was not submerged was the roof. Electronics do not work and excavator will not start. Excavator includes a 12-inch Trenching bucket (S/N 100761) and a 35-inch Ditching bucket (S/N 111411) . The condition is listed as scrap.
