Unit was just replaced due to age it was in operation until 12/1/2025. Unit is fully operational. There us one key and some manuals. This unit has the usual damage, rust, dents, scratches and blemishes for age of unit. Loader was serviced annually and repairs were completed when needed. IT28 quick connect for attachments Model: 924H. Condition is used, parts may be missing, and repairs are required.
No technician available to validate equipment deficiencies or repairs required. Please contact the custodian 24 hours in advance for inspection and removal of property. The buyer is responsible for all aspects associated with property removal, including arranging transportation, loading and unloading. Buyer will need to bring the equipment and personnel needed to load this property; the agency is unable to assist.
This Caterpillar is outside and it may have been exposed to salt and sand over the winter months; upon visual inspection you will see some rust on the unit. A Visual Inspection is highly recommended.
